As a Mediator, I do not provide legal advice to any participant.  I encourage all participants to seek legal advice of independent counsel if you are not already represented by an attorney.  

All materials, work product, and communications made or utilized in or in connection with the mediation are *confidential and are not subject to disclosure in discovery or in any judicial or administrative proceeding.  *A written and signed agreement will be filed with the Court and is not confidential in most instances.  Any abuse or neglect will be reported and NOT kept confidential.
